VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: If you can help out in any of the areas indicated

Your assistance is greatly appreciated and makes they Fair the success
that it is.
WHAT-NOT DONATIONS: The What Not Sale features
items donated by townspeople. Resident Sally Hayslip answered the
call for a volunteer to organize the giant tag sale. To help out
please contact her at 783-4167.

BOOK SALE DONATIONS: Please bring your book donations to
the Canterbury Meetinghouse in the Center between 4PM and 7 PM on
Wednesdays, or between 9Am and 12 PM on Saturdays BEFORE the fair
day. Fair volunteers still needed so that we may sort and price them. To
help out please contact Cathy Berry at 783-9923. Thanks!
BAKE SALE DONATIONS: We are looking for donations of quality home-baked
goods to be sold at our bake sale. Please contact the Bake Sale coordinator
to sign up, and to determine what types of goods we are still looking
for. Thanks!
VENDORS PLEASE NOTE: Spaces at the Canterbury Fair often fill up
quickly, so if you have an interest in displaying your wares, be sure
to contact the appropriate coordinator as soon as you can. Site selection
is based on a first come first serve basis.
ANTIQUE DEALERS: Please contact Ginny
Litalien (Tel. 603-783-4016) to reserve your
space at the Fair. Spaces are limited and go quickly, so please don't
wait!
ART AND CRAFT VENDORS: Please
download and print out the information provided in the following
Application,
which is provided in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Then email it to Sarah
Hickey-Hils . Details about cost, site selection and "juried
selection" of
art and craft vendors is
included,
as well
as when
it is appropriate
to set up and take down your booth.
